Strawberry and goat cheese green salad with Kentucky salad dressing

Makes 4 servings
The recipe is really just for the dressing, which goes over a green salad (preferably arugula, but spinach is wonderful too!) topped with sliced or quartered fresh strawberries and crumbled goat cheese (from Ripshin Farm!)

    1/4 cup olive oil                                              
    1/4 cup cider vinegar                                          
    1/4-1/2 cup sugar to taste                                     
    1/2 tablespoon minced onions                                   
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds (I use sesame oil instead)          
    1 tablespoon poppy seeds                                       
    Dash worcestershire sauce (optional)                           

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until homogenized.  Serve over arugula or spinach topped with sliced strawberries and crumbled goat cheese.
